Although the indicia lists this as issue 34, the cover issue number is listed as 35. Furthermore, the cover depicts Sivana, Jr. with the caption, "Capt. Marvel Jr. Battle a New Villain Sivana Jr.," yet the Sivana Jr. story is missing from the issue.
Comics historian Ron Massengill alerted Robert Overstreet to this anomoly and it is included in the Overstreet Comic Book Price Guide.
