“The Führer of Chicago” is by E. Nelson Bridwell, Alan Weiss and Joe Rubinstein. Captain Nazi returns, takes over the Sears Tower in Chicago and puts an energy dome over the city, preventing lightning from reaching Billy Batson who calls on Captain Marvel Jr. for help. This issue introduces a new art style in an attempt to raise sales. Weiss did the cover.
